Please give me a call at #858.232.9145.  Due to the nature of psychotherapy, I am frequently with other clients and generally not able to immediately answer the phone.   However, please know that I am very much looking forward to speaking with you and will do my best to get back to you within 24 hours regarding your interesting in my practice.  If your call is placed after 5pm on Thursday, I may not return your call until the following Monday.  It is helpful to me if you include in your message the best times to reach you and if it is acceptable to leave a message if you are not able to be reached directly.

My preference is that you do not contact me by email.  Additionally, the rules and regulations in place by HIPAA suggest that no medical information be relayed by email due to the fact this kind of confidential information may inadvertently remain on external servers or become intercepted by malicious sources.
